Organic Date Sugar is the perfect addition to your cereal bar, protein bar or other snack. It is often used as a replacement for sugar, since this is a 100% Fruit sugar. This product is available in bulk quantities.
Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar
We offer Organic Coconut blossom Sugar from the Philippines. The sugar is produced from the sap of cut flower buds of the coconut palm.
It has been used as a traditional sweetener for thousands of years in the South-Eastern Asian regions. Farmers climb the coconut palms and collect the sugar blossom nectar or sap (toddy) by gently slicing the stamp of the flower. Once harvested the nectar is transferred into kettles and boiled. The kettle-boiling process lowers the moisture content of the nectar/sap, which enables solidification. Once cooled, the crystallized brick is then granulated.
Organic Erythritol
Erythritol is a natural sweetener, occurring naturally in fruit, mushrooms, cheese, wine and soy sauce. Erythritol tastes and looks similar to sugar. It is the only natural polyol that does not contain any calories. This makes it a very suitable sugar substitute.
The sugar substitute is obtained by natural fermentation. It is obtained by fermentation of glucose by a yeast. It belongs to the group of non-intensive sweeteners and is 100% natural. After fermentation from glucose, it is dried, filtered and purified. The result is white granules that feel like ordinary sugar.

natural syrups and honeys, for its low glycemic index. It is the natural sweet substance produced
by the hydrolysis of fructans obtained by steam diffusion from the Agave plant core.
